Lamberts® L-Theanine is one of the purest forms of food grade theanine available on the market. Our L-Theanine is produced by a process of fermentation (i.e we do not use L-Theanine extracted from tea as this contains a high proportion of D-Theanine which is not as active as the L-Theanine form.

Product Specifications

Ingredients: Calcium Carbonate, L-theanine, Cellulose, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Colour: Titanium Dioxide, Glycerin), Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate.

Dosage recommendations: 1 tablet daily with a meal. Do not exceed recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be a substitute for a varied diet.

Caution: Do not take if pregnant or breast feeding.

Suitable for vegetarians.
