Our original Multi-Max® is of course still available, and remains one of the best, high strength multis on the market. It provides excellent levels of the B vitamins, making it ideally suited for periods of recovery, and for when ones appetite is suppressed and energy levels are low.

This is the original Multi-Max® formula, a high potency one-a-day multi ideally suited for the over 50's. Recent UK dietary surveys have revealed that a significant proportion of the over 50s do not achieve the RDAs set for micro-nutrients. Of particular concern among this age group are Vitamin D and the trace elements zinc, iron and selenium.

This product includes high levels of the B vitamins plus a very comprehensive spread of the most important trace minerals included at potencies that will support even the worst diet. Multi-Max® can be taken with Osteoguard® if additional calcium and magnesium are required. Multi-Max® Advance (see opposite) is a similar product to this one, but has the additional benefits of plant based antioxidants, plus lutein and a higher level of vitamin D. However, the B vitamins are somewhat higher in this original product.

Tableted with: DiCalcium Phosphate, Cellulose, Crosslinked Cellulose Gum, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin), Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Calcium Carbonate, Magnesium Searate, Magnesium Oxide.

Disintegration time: Less than 1 hour.

Dosage recommendations: 1 tablet daily with a meal.

Caution: This product is not recommended for pregnant or lactating women. A darker yellow colouration of the urine is normal. This is harmless and indicates the body is using the Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) effectively. This product contains iron, which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children. Keep out of sight and reach.
